Thanks for the great link! I knew editors didn't get rich, though I'm assuming the editors of best selling authors do pretty well, just not as well as the author.
I didn't know either. I'm glad to share--it seemed like a helpful site. Of course, David Farland would know. He's been in all levels of published: traditionally, indie, for hard, soft and e-book. Now he's adding enhanced e-books to the mix. These are exciting, as well as crazy times to be an author. :)
